The last race on tonight’s card could develop into a match between Sede Vacante and Splendid Joy but preference is for the former, who has rediscovered his best form in recent weeks.

John Kiely's dog didn't produce his quickest break last time out but he had the speed to lead between the turns. That will be the key to winning tonight's race and if he can make the bend in front of Splendid Joy he should be able to repel the challenge of that rival.

The finish of the Curraheen S1-S2 should involve semi-final winners Parchments Mal and Vedfield Emperor and, whichever breaks best, will most likely come out on top.
