The last race on tonight’s card could develop into a match between Sede Vacante and Splendid Joy but preference is for the former, who has rediscovered his best form in recent weeks.

SATURDAY night at Curraheen provided a final chance for Laurels hopefuls to gain some competitive action at the track prior to the start of the Classic, and Sede Vacante put the finishing touches to his preparations with a super performance in a top-class renewal of the Great Stuff Caterers Open 525.

WHEN one takes a look at the Getting Out Stakes at Curraheen Park tonight, it becomes apparent that the Pat Hennerty Sales Irish Laurels must be on the horizon.
