Jack Anderson: Amid crimes against humanity, sport has been largely silent and played on

Teaching sports law in a law faculty is a bit like teaching PE at a school or being a sports journalist, most of the time you are dismissed as the toy department.
This week, in contrast, a bunch of truly serious, global scholars (in international law) came together to issue a resolution calling on Israel to “immediately cease all acts that constitute genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity against Palestinians in Gaza.”
