The unveiling of a plaque last weekend at Clonturk Park in Drumcondra underlined - once again – the extraordinary progress of the GAA since the end of the nineteenth century.

The plaque was unveiled on a small strip of ground beside where Shelbourne play their soccer in Tolka Park.
