What if a 10-year-old Kieran Donaghy had been introduced to a rugby ball?

Because it’s at me. Again. In Ireland, we endeavour to be the best in the world at rugby with a population of between four and five million. That is really driven home when you live in a country of 60 million like France.

New Zealand’s population is similar to our own. Their culture is different though. Ours is more diverse, but theirs is different. Different in a good way if you want to excel at rugby. At the 11am school bell, they run out and play touch rugby. At the 1pm bell, they run out and play touch rugby. After school they run out and play full-on rugby.
