One of Ireland’s oldest indigenous industries, pasture-based dairy farming has played a part of life on this island for thousands of years. Every generation has to safeguard the land while ensuring the viability of the industry. Irish dairy farmers are acutely conscious of their role as custodians of the land and of leaving it in a better place for the next generation.
