Under-fire Tánaiste Mary Coughlan was tonight considering meeting Ryanair boss Micheal O’Leary to secure 300 jobs promised by the airline.
The Tánaiste has said the Government is "most anxious" to secure further investment from Ryanair at Dublin or any other Irish airport.
A spokesperson for the Tánaiste Mary Coughlan has said Ryanair boss Michael O Leary should "come down from his high horse".
The DAA has reached a €38m cost-cutting deal with unions at the Labour Relations Commission that will see 450 jobs cut.
