• Fermoy Flower and Garden club will host Sandra Jackson (Aoifa) to give a talk and sldeshow entitled "From a little Acorn — the story of Kew Gardens" on September 1 in the Adair Hall at 8.00pm.  All welcome.  Visitors €5.
• Kanturk Flower and Garden Club will recommence on September 2 at 8pm at The Temperance Hall, Strand Street, Kanturk, with guest speaker Lynda Sheehan from Rockbarton Garden Centre, Bruff, Co  Limerick. Lynda will speak on Autumn Container Planting – To Include Spring Bulbs. Plants for sale on the night. All welcome.
• Cobh Flower and Horticulture Club will hold its next meeting on September 7 at Cobh (Great Island) Community Centre, P24 WP82. Doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm sharp start. A floral demonstration will be given by Harumi Langford entitled “My Favourite Places”. Visitors welcome; admission, €10.
• East Cork Flower Club will meet on September 7, 2026, at 7.30pm at St John The Baptist NS, Dungourney Road, Midleton, P25 P028. Teaching demonstration by Eileen O’Brien, Aoifa. All Welcome. Visitors €7, tea/coffee/ included.
• Youghal Flower and Garden Club present their club demonstration night with Tricia Murphy of Cobh Flower Club on September 9 at the Walter Raleigh Hotel at 7:30 pm. The theme is “Equinox”. Raffle and refreshments on the night. Admission €10 for non-members.
• Macroom Flower & Garden Club will host a floral demonstration with Eilish Fitzgerald (The Lough Flower Club) and Betty Daunt (Conna & District Flower Club) entitled “Welcome Autumn” on September 10 at 8pm at Coolcower House, Macroom, Co Cork, P12E135. There will be a sales table and raffle of floral exhibits. Visitors welcome, €10. Contact 087-9821708.
• Kinsale Flower & Garden Club will host a demonstration with Nora Gallagher entitled “Autumn Abundance” on September 10 at 8pm at Saint Multose National School, Knocknabohilly, Kinsale, Co Cork, P17AF10. There will be a sales table and raffle of floral exhibits. Visitors welcome, €10.
• Ladysbridge and District Flower and Garden Club will host Nora Gallagher, who will give a demonstration entitled “Autumn Abundance” on September 21 at 7.30pm at the Garryvoe Hotel, P25DR94. Visitors welcome, €10.
• Ballincollig Flower & Garden Club will host an event on October 15, at 8pm at Gaelscoil Uí Ríordáin, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, P31 V242 entitled "Gems of Autumn" with Sharon O’Sullivan. All welcome. Non-members €10. Includes light refreshments.
• Ladysbridge and District Flower and Garden Club will host an event on October 19 at 8pm at Garryvoe Hotel, P25DR94, with Kitty Scully of RTÉ's Home Grown, entitled 'Working with nature's cycles for a productive kitchen garden'. Visitors Welcome, €10. Find us on Facebook.
