Cobh Flower and Horticulture Club will hold its next meeting on Monday, March 2, at Cobh Community Centre at 7.30pm. A floral demonstration will be given by Mary Halligan entitled ‘All Things Spring’. Visitors welcome. Admission €10.

Carrigtwohill Flower & Garden Club are delighted to host Margaret Naughton of ‘The Best Dahlia Garden in Ireland’ on Tuesday, March 3, in Carrigtwohill Community Centre at 8pm. Sales table on the night. Admission €5. All welcome.

Fermoy Flower and Garden club will host Mary McKee (Aoifa) to give a demonstration, ‘Spring Glory’, on Tuesday, March 3, in the Adair Hall at 8pm. All welcome. Visitors €10.

Kanturk Flower and Garden Club will meet on Wednesday, March 4, at 8pm in The Temperance Hall, Strand Street, Kanturk — with guest speaker Michele Bertoni from Verd Houseplant Specialists, Cork. All welcome; only €5.

Tralee Flower and Garden Club will hold an event on March 10, at 7.30pm in the Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee. It will include a garden talk. New members and visitors welcome, €10.

Youghal Flower and Garden Club will hold a gala charity demonstration by Ali Dietrich, Aoifa, on Wednesday, March 11, supporting Aoifa charity Breast Cancer Ireland.

Macroom Flower & Garden Club will host a gardening talk at Coolcower House, P12E135, on Thursday, March 12, at 8.00pm. Guest speaker Julie Roche on ‘Spring Gardening’. New members and visitors welcome. Annual membership now due. Further information contact 087-9821708.

Mallow Flower and Garden Club will hold an event on Tuesday, March 24, at 8pm in Mallow College of Further Education, West End, Annabella, Mallow. It includes a garden talk with Siobhan O’Mahony. New members and visitors welcome, €10.
