Our gardening noticeboard

Ladysbridge and District Flower and Garden Club will welcome Christine Hughes from Co Wicklow, to do a floral demonstration on the subject, ‘Autumn Glory’ at Garryvoe Hotel on Monday, September 19, at 8pm. All welcome.

Dungarvan Flower and Garden Club will host garden writer and renowned plantswoman Carmel Duignan to talk on ‘My Garden and Other Plants’ on Wednesday, at 8pm in the Park Hotel Dungarvan.

A flower demonstration with Eileen O’Brien, AOIFA will be held on September 16 at 8pm in Tracton Arts and Community Centre, Minane Bridge, in aid of Special Olympics Munster and Cork Federation ICA. Entry Fee €10 (including light refreshments), contact Margaret on 086 3773509.
