Plans approved for 229 homes in final phase of Carrigaline’s Janeville

The housing mix will be 194 houses and 35 apartments

Planning permission has been granted for the final phase of the Janeville residential development in Carrigaline that will ultimately deliver close to 1,000 homes.

Plans were approved this week for the fourth phase of the development at Shannonpark, made up of 229 new homes. It was lodged under the Large Residential Development planning programme.
