Two fully-fitted Curraheen office suites with ready access to the South Ring Road network and solid public transport links are available to rent at a cost of €16 per square foot.

Letting agent David McCarthy of Sherry FitzGerald Commercial said there’s “interest already” in the premises, which is owned by private Cork investors. The suites were occupied until recently by 8 West Consulting, who have “right-sized” to another suite within the building.

Located in University Technology Centre on Curraheen Rd, “in an established office environment”, both units are contained in two-storey Building 1 and are available to let individually or collectively. University Technology Centre is in the suburb of Bishopstown, adjacent to the Curraheen interchange and just 1.3km south of Munster Technological University (MTU). It’s handy too to Cork University Hospital and Wilton shopping centre.

The park is comprised of four detached third-generation office buildings, with surface level parking. It’s 5km south west of Cork city centre and 10 minutes by car to Cork Airport.
