Fergus Finlay rightly said on Prime Time this week that the Government programme for disability was the worst piece of writing ever seen in a document on disability plans from a new government.

After the referendum campaign, we thought the Government might have understood our claim in the Equality Not Care group for “rights not charity” and “rights not care”.
