How difficult it must have been for those living with mental health issues, to hear Ronan Mullen dismiss their condition with the words “mental health has no evidence base”, (The Pat Kenny Show, May 23).

We are finally starting to see the stigma associated with mental health lifting, so to hear a public representative express this opinion is shocking.
