Restore the alcohol awareness campaign
The three-year campaign has, we believe, contributed significantly to the surge in public and political consciousness about the level of alcohol-related problems in Ireland.
With the research launched on Wednesday confirming yet again that we hold the European record for high risk drinking, the DOHC should be supported not only to continue but to escalate their efforts in relation to alcohol. It is certainly not the time to stop.
