SOCIAL Welfare Minister Seamus Brennan’s concern about how pensions are funded is welcome (Irish Examiner, July 13).

Does this mean he will insist that public servants properly provide for their index-linked benefits?

A privilege unimagined in the private sector and one ideal for a bit of reverse benchmarking.
