JUDGES and trades unionists refer to colleagues as “brothers” and both may properly be impeached or dismissed for “incapacity“.

Pat Rabbitte has stated that because Judge Curtin has not sat as a judge for two years he comes within the ground of “incapacity“.

However, Judge Curtin, by all accounts, wants to sit as a judge but is prevented from doing so by a direction of the president of the circuit court.
