What will be left for Iraqis to govern?

YOU quote Paul Bremer (Irish Examiner, April 12) as saying that recent violence is not expected to delay the handover of the country’s governance to Iraqis at the end of June.

Seeing as the US would still maintain control over economic policy, security, major contracts and, not surprisingly, oil, it doesn’t leave them very much to govern, does it?
