How to make the most of a national windfall

CONSTANTLY we hear of increased funds to government coffers from revenue sources, tax dodgers’ monies flowing like honey and extra goodies from the sale of State lands.

How should we spend this money, so that it benefits the weaker sections of society, urban and rural, in the most meaningful way?

It’s simple ... refurbish and/or extend existing schools and build new ones.
