A SUB-COMMITTEE of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children recently produced their report on public health orthodontic services.

Two important recommendations were made:

1. That every health region in the country apply the same criteria to determine eligibility for orthodontic treatment and recommended the IOTN system.
