Agendas set at the taxpayers’ expense

JUSTICE Minister Michael McDowell, in his recent speech on press freedom, fairly slapped down those in the media who are getting ideas above their station. Good for him.

Imagine the appalling vista of some upstart journalist having the temerity to criticise the great, the good and the powerful, or some other humble hack having the presumption to attempt to set agendas.

These journalists are losing the run of themselves and definitely do not know their place.
