Dublin City Council, gaelgóirs all, are only implementing what 2% of the population insists on. None of this nonsense about Downtown or Espresso Central. Oh, no. "An Lár" rolls off the tongue like a tourist out of Temple Bar, skimpily dressed and ready for action, a linguistic gem polished with constant use and loving attention.
