Boy-racers flout the rules of the road

I REFER to your news brief about the boy-racers who descended overnight on Waterford city and Tramore recently (Irish Examiner, February 17).

You reported that their “mood was largely peaceful and after checking out each other’s cars, the largely teenage group quickly moved on.”

I would strongly dispute the accuracy of that quote.
