Five men on the path to priesthood

DAN BUCKLEY’S feature on the Catholic Church (Irish Examiner, January 26) erroneously states the vocations position of the Diocese of Cork and Ross.

Two people have begun their studies this year to be priests of the diocese. They are studying at St Patrick’s College, Maynooth. Both men are mature students and have already been working in other careers before deciding to be priests. They bring the number of Cork and Ross seminarians to five.
