I AM glad I do not live in a country in which the Government capitulates to terrorists. That is to say I am glad that I don’t live in Spain.

The latest order of the new and weak Premier of Spain indicates how weak a government has been elected.

First the Spanish troops were leaving Iraq in June at the handover of power. Now they are leaving immediately, in return for their safe return.
