SURELY your report headlined 'Disabled people's social lives limited by inaccessibility' was incorrect (Irish Examiner, December 16).

Should this not have read 'The social lives of people with restricted mobility restricted by inaccessibility.'

The lack of wheelchair accessibility at out local bank means that wheelchair users are disabled from carrying out their own banking needs.

A person who is a wheelchair user is well able to do this; it is the environment that is disabling.
