Is Sinn Féin biased against Catholics?

SINN FÉIN MEP Mary Lou McDonald expressed a wish to have EU Commissioner Rocco Buttiglione silenced because of his Catholic moral stance on social issues.

This from a party set up, we were told, to crush the unjust system (no Catholics need apply) in the North. How Sinn Féin have come full circle in such a short time beggars belief. We Catholics in the south of Ireland will take note of her stance.
