Indaver did contribute to development plan
Ms Daly is incorrect in stating that Indaver did not make a submission to Cork County Council regarding the new Cork County Development Plan.
On the 1st of November 2002 we made a detailed submission regarding the then Draft County Development Plan, September 2002, to the Senior Planner of Cork County Council’s Planning Policy Unit.
Indaver is an integrated waste management company and we believe incineration should form part of Irelands waste management strategy. We believe Ringaskiddy is a suitable location for our proposed facility as County Cork generates over 60% of Ireland’s hazardous waste.
