WE wish to respond to Ann Daly’s letter (The Irish Examiner, April 8).

Indaver did contribute to development plan

Ms Daly is incorrect in stating that Indaver did not make a submission to Cork County Council regarding the new Cork County Development Plan.

On the 1st of November 2002 we made a detailed submission regarding the then Draft County Development Plan, September 2002, to the Senior Planner of Cork County Council’s Planning Policy Unit.
