High note for gardaí

LAST Friday after a concert in the Cork School of Music, the Berne Youth Symphony Orchestra had their tour bus broken into, and a camera and two violas stolen.

Having reported the loss to gardaí, the players traveled to Kilkenny the next day, to continue their tour. On Sunday morning the gardaí called to say the instruments had been recovered the gardaí also brought the instruments to Kilkenny. They are to be commended for such swift and generous actions.
