Concern over Irish treatment of dogs

AS someone who has greyhounds as pets, I must voice my concern over the treatment of these magnificent dogs in Ireland.

In travelling to your country I have found the people to be friendly and charming and caring.

Something needs to be done to raise awareness of the plight of these animals and the need for good homes and good treatment for them.
