DID you hear the one about the disabled toilet that wasn’t a toilet at all?

A doorway indicating wheelchair access in the toilets of The Mezz pub in the Temple Bar area of Dublin has been found to be nothing but a red door with no facilities behind it (Irish Examiner, January 27).

The place should be closed down until a disabled facility is installed. It also says a lot about the planning inspectors... and they say there’s no discrimination!
