City hit by ticket fever

City hit by ticket fever

Now that motorists have been driven out of the city I assume that our traffic wardens are so desperate for business that they are penalising this non-congesting form of transport, instead of promoting it.

What’s next? Bicycles? If I leave my granny standing in Patrick Street for five minutes, will she get a ticket?

Come on, city fathers, town was quiet on that Saturday.

I’m beginning to see why.
