I AM delighted that we are finally going to ban smoking in the workplace, especially in pubs.

A non-smoker, I worked in the pub trade for 38 years and am now paying the price with my health.

I am constantly breathless which my doctor says is a result of working behind a smoky bar counter. Let’s give the ban a chance and protect bar workers.
