PRESIDENT George W. Bush dodged the Vietnam draft

To quote a Texas saying, he showed himself to be 'all hat and no cattle'. Before sending others to their deaths in a full-scale war, he should reflect on this, and seek alternative strong-arm methods to neutralise Saddam Hussein.
