Respect voters’ rights

I AM disgusted that another French referendum on the European Constitution is being discussed.

How can the EU be called democratic if it ignores the voters’ right to say no? I am against the EU Constitution but if the French had voted in favour then I would have respected that.

Having another referendum disregards the wishes of the people.

This happened in Ireland after the first Nice Treaty vote and I felt patronised.
