A poor attempt to win us over
When I opened the door at 2pm he seemed genuinely shocked that someone was actually in. He simply handed me the single green and white pamphlet and sped off. I took it into the livingroom.
Here it was, a request, an enticement, from Fianna Fáil, of all parties. Note to Fianna Fáil director of elections: we now know that when someone wants others to vote in a particular way in a vital upcoming matter of democracy, all enticements should come in a brown envelope the same shape, size and weight as a 9-inch brick (or is it a block?).
