Inside info on PI Dan

I AM researching for a documentary on Dan Fennessy, a former commended garda, boxing champion and later, after his retirement from the gardaí in 1969, a private investigator.

During his successful careers in law and order, which he continued into his 80s, he often started his day in The Long Valley in Cork’s Winthrop Street before setting out to track another case on his bike. He was known to have had a 100% success rate in finding missing people.

I would be grateful for any information from readers on Mr Fennessy and would appreciate any memorabilia, including photographs, film/radio archives, and press clippings, etc, that could assist in putting the documentary together.
