Ria Czerniak-LeBov: Conflating Zionism with Judaism is the worst antisemitism I face

Both statistically and anecdotally, there has been a notable rise in antisemitism lately. It is most visible online where every stereotype and conspiracy theory is laid bare, but also manifests itself in everyday life, from micro-aggressions to verbal attacks and ostracisation.
This shift cannot, however, be viewed in isolation. Undoubtedly, both in Ireland and across the West, we have seen a worrying rise in xenophobia and anti-immigration speech spurred on by far-right agitators.
