Elaine Loughlin: We need a whole-of-Oireachtas approach to housing

Over the years successive housing ministers have thrown various measures out there, but barely left enough time to allow the plans to stick

More than a decade into a housing, homeless, and rent crisis, it is bonkers that the Government is yet again tearing up its own plan.

Having given up on the latest iteration of its Housing for All blueprint, which itself replaced the Rebuilding Ireland action plan, the Government is again moving on.
