Fergus Finlay: Bishops find themselves at odds with boss on definition of family

Bishops worried that removing the outdated and sexist language about women in the home might represent a failure to recognise the care, love, and affection that women bring to the home

I was going to write about RTÉ again this week, when my eye suddenly alighted on the Bishops. And Terry Prone’s phrase “being beaten with a loofah” immediately came to mind.
