Kinsale needs public toilets in place all year

Kinsale public toilets are closed for most of the year and the superloo is mostly out of service. This superloo costs a fortune to run and is a white elephant.

Kinsale tourism is up by 12 per cent and all I hear is complaints about the lack of toilets as Easter, the Rugby Sevens, and tourist seasons approach. We need toilets all year, like other West Cork towns.
