Our abortion laws do not need to be appealed

At present there is discussion regarding the repeal of the Equality Eighth Amendment.

The media coverage to date fails to present each side of the discussion in an equitable and fair manner, coming down substantially on the side of repeal the Equality Eighth Amendment lobby.

The repeal lobby has failed to demonstrate, nor have they been challenged to identify, where the amendment has failed to do what it was inserted into the Constitution to do by the people in 1983.
