Sweden is too cold for Middle Eastern refugees

It has been reported that some of a group of Syrian and Iraqi refugees refused to leave a bus, in the village of Limedsforsen in Sweden, and move to an asylum centre, due to the “cold”.

This is a factor which must be taken into account when relocating refugees/asylum seekers.

I have a Swedish colleague, who “winters” in a warmer climate.

Last April he returned to Sweden and spent three weeks in bed suffering from “the cold”.
