City council should be ashamed of itself

Recently we have heard reports of elderly persons being attacked and robbed by criminals.

Now we have Dublin City Council demanding €1,500 from a 90-year-old lady. I suggest it’s not only the “scumbags” who disrespect the elderly of this country. In my opinion that is disgraceful behaviour by Dublin City Council.
