We need to train the refugees to fight

May I suggest a part solution to the migrant problem.

Select from the refugees all able bodied fit people, male and female between the ages of 18 and 40 who are not single parents, divide them amongst all free nations EU and otherwise based on population, military training capacity and wealth, give them about six weeks military training, equip them and send them back to fight for the freedom of their country.

This will achieve several things such as helping to defeat ISIS, help solve the refugee crisis, sort the genuine refugees from the economic spongers and give the proud people the ability to defend their country and citizens.
