To lose one senior member of our Central Bank would be okay but to have the early retirement of three internationally-respected bankers, including the Governor, raises questions.

Is this due to their frustration with and observation of a manipulative and grossly incompetent Government, who together with our EU masters would drain the last vestige of enthusiasm from the most competent of professionals?

Could it be their knowledge of the behaviour of international investment banks such as the powerful Goldman Sachs’s involvement in ‘restructuring’ the Greek balance balance sheet or even their knowledge of the Siteserv deal?
