Location of Children’s Hospital will further add to rural Ireland’s grievances

The proposal to build the Children’s Hospital is a continuance of the previous administration’s policies.

This centralisation of services comes from spineless governments just seeking to placate the vested interests of powerful consultants.

Such policy also ferments grievances within the regional population.This hospital, if built in its proposed location, will give those within easy reach of Dublin a better chance of survival than children in the outlying areas of this country.
