If a general election is called sooner rather than later, value your vote

Is an election to happen this year?

Can the Irish political system be changed? Yes, if middle Ireland get its heads out of the clouds, realise they have once again been betrayed by one of the conventional political parties and vote accordingly. You owe Fine Gael, Fianna Fail or Labour..... nothing, but they owe us a small country.

Fine Gael, Fianna Fail and Labour have lied to the Irish people again and again but yet, people seem to believe them. Is the country not already ruined, and are they not responsible for it?

Those parties made the choices, not the Troika. And they chose to put big ‘international business’ before the long suffering Irish people, while simultaneously collaborating with the media, to spin it as if they were doing the only thing they could to ‘help Ireland’.

They decimated Irish society in order to embellish the dividends for billionaires and multi millionaires. The financial elite have recovered rapidly while ordinary people and society in general has been decimated and will not recover for generations. Is this fair? Did you vote for this? Will you “continue” to vote for this? Continuing stealth taxes on society, while the corporations avail of ridiculous tax reliefs? Why should struggling Irish businesses’, continue to pay their taxes when the likes of Apple is paying only a pittance?

This lack of equality in tax paying is disgraceful. It is about Irish Governments collaborating with big business.
