With reference to a recently published letter from Dr McCarthy on the subject of “Israel Indivisible: The Case for the Ancient homeland”, this claim by the Zionists to the right of Jews to a “historic” homeland and a return of the “diaspora” is based on myth.

According to Prof Shloma Sand of the University of Tel-Aviv, the majority of modern Jews have no connective genetics and no shared DNA.

They are descended from converts whose native lands were scattered across the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

He says there was no forced Jewish exile in the first century at the hands of the Romans.
