No amount of mockery or humorous comment can justify murder, arson, or violent assault. When Monty Python’s The Life of Brian was released there were protests at cinemas.

And yet I remember those I heard objecting asking that the song: ‘Always look on the Bright side of Life’ be played at their funerals, forgetting it featured in the movie in a most irreverent context: a crucifixion scene.
